Great service. After I'd messaged him about a problem with our 19 yo PVC door he quoted me for a replacement locking system and we arranged for him to come today. He arrived on time and after looking at the problem was able to sort it without having to change the locking system. This meant the cost was much reduced. He doesn't try and make you have unnecessary work done. Lovely man and I highly recommend him.

He arrived right on time—actually, he called ahead to let us know he’d be here in twenty minutes. In just 15 minutes, he fixed our patio door, which now works better than ever. Steve is a friendly chap who prefers coffee without sugar and loves to chat. Despite that, he's very professional, explaining everything he's doing step by step. Needed to replace three faulty locks but after inspecting them Stephen said that only two new locks were necessary and the other could be adjusted.
